Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We do not levy any shipping charges for your orders in India. Delivery times are estimated based on your location and the selected shipping method.

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery is between 2-5 business days after shipment.
  • Remote Locations: Orders shipped to remote or non-courier serviced areas will be delivered through local postal services and may take 5-7 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to factors like weather conditions, logistical challenges, or remote delivery locations.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on selected products. Any product-specific shipping charges will be clearly mentioned on the product details page.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

Damages and Issues

We ensure that your products are packaged securely for transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order details. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We make every effort to verify the provided address, but if we are unable to validate it, we will reach out to you for corrections. If we cannot get a corrected address, your order may be canceled and refunded. Koozo Commerce Pvt. Ltd. (Koozo) is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
